I recently stayed in a King Suite and found the beds incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night. The breakfast had a good variety, including a waffle maker that was a hit with my family. The only downside was that the indoor pool was a bit cold for my liking.

I enjoyed the large, clean room with ample counter space. The staff treated me courteously and were really helpful. The breakfast provided was adequate, which helped start my day right. However, the wifi was inconsistent. My husband struggled to connect his fire tablet. The room had a faint cigarette smell, likely from the hotel's older days. There was no room service, which seems to be a trend in many hotels nowadays. The bathroom could use a deeper clean too. It felt odd that the hotel staff mentioned service shortages but didn’t seem to be addressing the lack of basic services amidst rising prices. For those reasons, I think it's important the hotel management restore more services soon.

Friendly Staff and Clean Rooms

Had a decent stay! The staff was super friendly and super helpful. When I got in, the room was clean and quiet which was nice. Breakfast was surprisingly good too, especially the peach juice! Just wish the mattress wasn't so hard. Oh, and there were a couple of bugs in my room, but they handled it well.
